Dico Vision Check System
The DICO Vision check system is an advanced integrated vision control system built within the DICO control software.
With relative position and size measurement capabilities together with colour match features the system ensures the correct cap has been applied and is positioned correctly relative to the container.
When combined with a reject station or diverting arm the DICO vision check system can ensure that only containers with correctly applied caps pass to the next process by diverting out of specification product to a reject holding area.

The Straw Inserter Module
The Dico® straw inserter module option comprises of a series of swinging jaws which align the straws with the container centre. With programable vertical movement to places the straw guide over the container neck.
These actions correspond with the movements of the capping heads to insert the straw into the container. Once inserted the jaws open allowing the pump / trigger cap to be presented and tightened onto the container.
The module includes multiple options for sorting and applying pumps and triggers with dip tubes, Contact DICO with your specific requirements.

This option fits the following products:
Dico Track & Trace system
Dico® Track & Trace system stores cap tightening data in database and graphical form against either a unique serial number read from a label or applied to the container / cap. If a unique serial number is not required a time and date stamp can be used. Your data is stored on your own factory network.
Allowing traceability and conformity analysis together with lookback capabilities.

Extended stroke (ES) option for pumps, triggers and straw insertions
Each DICO capping machine is available in a long stroke version, the stroke being the distance the capping head moves from cap pickup to the point of application to the container.
When combined with a DICO straw insertion module allowing the application of Pumps and trigger heads with dip (Siphon) tubes.
